Not reviewed by counsel. These terms are a working draft and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They will be reviewed before JamJamz launches.

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of JamJamz, a drum practice app run by Sanford Labs LLC. By using it you agree to them. You must have the right to use the songs you practice with; JamJamz never supplies songs. We run the service with care but provide it as is. Michigan law governs these terms.

Updated

Who we are

JamJamz is operated by Sanford Labs LLC, a single-member Michigan limited liability company. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Sanford Labs LLC.

Your songs

JamJamz reads songs from a folder on your own computer. We do not supply, sell, host or distribute songs. You are responsible for having the right to use the audio and charts in your library. JamJamz reads them in place and never uploads them.

Clone Hero

JamJamz reads the Clone Hero song folder format. Clone Hero is a trademark of its respective owners. JamJamz is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Clone Hero.

Acceptable use

Do not use JamJamz to break the law, to interfere with the service or other people's use of it, or to get around its security.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, prices will be listed on the pricing page, subscriptions will renew until you cancel, and you will be able to cancel at any time.

No warranty

JamJamz is provided as is. Timing feedback depends on your kit, computer and setup, and we do not promise it is error free. To the extent the law allows, Sanford Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
